CUSTOMIZE YOUR MESSAGES

E-MAIL ADDRESS FLEXIBILITY
You get to choose whose e-mail address/name the eVite or eCard comes from. For instance, you can use your hostesses name and e-mail address and it will help eliminate the eVite/eCard from going into the guest's junk mail/spam folder because it is coming from a known source/safe sender.

ADVANCED ADDRESS BOOK SYSTEM
We have also created an address book system where you can create groups (i.e. Susie Smith's Chocolate Lover's Party 7/20/09, Unit Roster July 2009, etc.). You can then keep track of your customers, potential customers and consultants. AND, if you have a bunch of names to input, you can upload the names and e-mail addresses into the system or forward the list to our administrative staff, and we will upload them for you...at no additional cost to you (please allow 24 to 48 hours).

R.S.V.P. & TRACKING SYSTEM
You will be able to track all eVites and ePostcards to see who has picked them up, who hasn't...and most importantly, if applicable, who has RSVP'd "Yes", "No", "Maybe"...AND how many guests they will be bringing...PLUS a comments section where the recipient can leave a message for the sender. This will be a very powerful tool for you to keep track of attendees.

MAP TO EVENT OPTION
By simply inputting the address where the event/party will be held, the recipient can click on a GET MAP button and it will automatically bring up a map of the location (our system uses Google Maps). The guest/recipient will also have the option of printing out a hard copy of this eVite or ePostcard.

REMINDER SERVICE
You also have the option of sending the invitees a reminder the day of, the day before or any number of days before the event. This reminder service is free with each original message sent. You can also send a FREE Customer Followup eVite reminder as long as you have an active membership.
